The body of a man has been found in a house.

Emergency services raced to the town shortly after 3pm this afternoon.

A probe has been launched into the ‘unexplained’ death

Cops were called to an address in Grangemouth after concerns were raised for a person inside.

A police van and two ambulance are currently at the scene, on Oxgang Road.

The man’s death is being treated as unexplained and an investigation has been launched.

Cops have confirmed that there appears to not be any “suspicious circumstances.”

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.15pm on Sunday, 14 April, 2024, police received a report of concern for a man in the Oxgang Road area of Grangemouth.

“Officers attended a property and the body of a man was found within.

“The death is being treated as unexplained, but there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances. Enquiries are ongoing.”
