Since its public unveiling in September, the project’s marketing strategy has strategically catered to Dolce & Gabbana’s premium clientele and loyal customers from the developer’s other projects, as highlighted in a recent statement.

Now open to the general public interested in acquiring residences designed by Dolce & Gabbana, the complex offers 92 luxury homes of various formats spread across an expansive plot of over 90,000 square meters in Marbella’s illustrious golden mile, according to the developer’s latest updates.

Carlos Rodriguez, CEO of the company, expressed that “the initial interest and anticipation for the project, as well as the sales volume achieved in these first months, have been extraordinary,” adding that the company is confident that this momentum will intensify further in the coming months.

Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana Marbella is advancing into a new phase of commercialisation while both companies continue to deepen their collaboration to refine technical details and enrich brand experiences for prospective homeowners and visitors, as per Sierra Blanca.

The project is now open to a wider range of potential buyers who had not previously been exposed to the diverse dwelling types and pricing tiers, starting at €4 million, the developer elaborated.

Targeting completion in 2026, groundwork has already begun, and construction of the project—which includes five main buildings named Venezia, Palermo, Firenze, Como, and Napoli, alongside public spaces, fashion boulevards, leisure, gastronomy, and art areas—will commence in the autumn of 2024.

Rodriguez emphasized the close collaboration between Sierra Blanca Estates and Dolce & Gabbana, noting, “Our project is evolving daily, infusing remarkable and innovative details into the future residences and their associated amenities.”

This ambitious project is set to create an exclusive residential enclave featuring homes that range from 280 to 900 square meters with up to five bedrooms, each lavishly appointed with bespoke furnishings from Dolce & Gabbana Casa.

It will also feature state-of-the-art sports facilities, both indoor and outdoor, including paddle courts, a fitness center, an outdoor gym, a boxing ring for adults and children, spaces for meditation, yoga, and pilates, golf simulators, covered basketball courts, and Marbella’s first covered 5×5 artificial turf football field.

In addition to its own spa with a wellness and beauty center, water circuit, hair salon, and barbershop, the Dolce & Gabbana complex will also boast a cinema room, wine cellar, bar and cocktail area, library, playroom, classrooms, meeting rooms, and multipurpose spaces. Residents will also have access to a private members’ club offering various services.
