NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology Madras has released the JEE (Advanced) 2024 Information Brochure today, December 2. Students among the top 2,50,000 JEE Main qualifiers will be eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced Exam 2024. To apply online, eligible candidates will be required to visit the official website at jeeadv.ac.in and submit their application forms.
The Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on May 26, 2024.The JEE Advanced 2024 application will begin on April 21 and the last date to fill and submit the application form is April 30, 2024.
As per the information bulletin, the application fees for JEE Advanced 2024 have been increased across all categories. The responsibility for conducting the examination lies with seven zone-coordinating IITs under the Joint Admission Board 2024. JEE Advanced 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants who took their first attempt at the Class 12 examination in either 2023 or 2024, with mandatory subjects being physics, chemistry, and mathematics, are eligible to apply.
- Those who appeared in the Class 12 examination for the first time in 2022 or earlier do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- To apply, candidates must rank among the top 2,50,000 in the BE/BTech paper of JEE Main 2024.
- Candidates should have a birthdate on or after October 1, 1999. There is a five-year age relaxation for candidates in the SC, ST, and PwD categories.
