The former college football star, who briefly played in the NFL and CFL, confirmed his relationship with Canseco, the daughter of former baseball slugger Jose Canseco, on Instagram recently.

Canseco, 27, is a model and internet personality and has dated a number of celebrities, including Logan Paul, Brody Jenner and rapper Mike Stud.

Manziel won a Heisman Trophy at Texas A&M, but flamed out spectacularly after being selected by the Cleveland Browns in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played in only 14 games in the NFL. His stint with the CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Montreal Alouettes didn’t last long either.
Manziel has battled drug addiction, but claims he’s trying to stay sober now. He was also the subject of a Netflix documentary last year, called Untold: Johnny Football, which followed the rise and fall of his football career.
Canseco is less known, but her father was an MVP, World Series champion and hit 462 career MLB home runs. He played for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1998, hitting 46 home runs, the fourth most in team history, but has written about his steroid use, as well as that of other players he alleged to be users.
