What are the next steps after NDA-1 Results 2024 are out?

Following the release of the NDA Result 2024, candidates whose names appear in the result PDF and are eligible for the interview exam must follow certain procedures. Within 20 days of the written results being announced, they must submit their original certificates to the respective service headquarters.
Candidates who choose the Army as their first choice should submit their certificates to the Army Headquarters at AG’s Branch, RTG (NDA Entry), located in New Delhi. Similarly, candidates who choose Navy/Naval Academy as their first preference must submit their certificates to the Naval Headquarters at the Directorate of Manpower & Recruitment in New Delhi. Candidates who select the Air Force as their top choice should submit their certificates to the Directorate of Personnel (Officers), Air Headquarters, in New Delhi.
The NDA 1 selection process is divided into two stages: I and II. Only candidates who pass Stage I (the written exam) are eligible to advance to Stage II. Interviews, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests, and a Conference are all part of Stage II, and they last four days.
During the selection process, a candidate’s personality is evaluated by three different assessors: the Interviewing Officer (IO), the Group Testing Officer (GTO), and the Psychologist. There is no specific weightage assigned to each test; instead, marks are awarded based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s performance across all tests.
The tests administered by the IO, GTO, and Psychologist are intended to determine the presence or absence of Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) and the candidate’s trainability. At the SSB (Service Selection Board) interview, candidates are either recommended or not recommended based on their performance in these tests.
