Newspoll: Anthony Albanese loses ground among one surprise WA demographic while support grows elsewhere

Labor has maintained an election-winning lead in WA despite losing support in the key battleground States of Queensland and New South Wales.

According to the latest Newspoll, published in The Australian, the ALP improved its two-party preferred lead of 53-47 per cent to 54-46 per cent on the back of a one-point fall in primary vote for both major parties which are level on 37 per cent.
