A mother of twin girls, TV actress Rubina Dilaik has always been vocal about her pregnancy journey and post-partum struggles. This time she talked about her hairfall via video interaction.

TV actress and Bigg Boss Season 14 winner Rubina Dilaik recently welcomed twin girls with her husband Abhinav Shukla. Rubina continues to chronicle her pregnancy journey and postpartum experiences on her YouTube channel. This time she talks about postpartum hairfall. Dilaik is one bold personality who does not shy away from speaking. Taking to social media she opened up about how she is experiencing hair loss post-delivery. And well, many new mothers relate.

Rubina and Abhinav have turned the leaf toward a new chapter of parenthood in their lives. while however, it rosy and mushy it appears to be, it has its own set of challenges and ordeal both as parents and as a new mother.

At the onset of the video, Rubina can be seen combing her hair and this when she says ,’ Today I am not feeling beautiful at all..,postpartum hairfall…serious hairfall and yeh kisi ne nahi bataya tha.” She further added, “But nonetheless, I think this is part and parcel of the motherhood journey. There are many things that I shared with my guests on Kisine Bataya Nahi-The Motherhood journey.”

Embracing motherhood entails significant shifts physical, mental and emotional shifts. And these changes are different for different people. Not every experience is same.

Addressing the serious issue that entails the postpartum journey, Dilaik said that her hair have gotten pretty rough too. In one of the episodes of her show, ‘Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi – The Motherhood Journey,’ with TV actress Debina Bonnerjee, the new mothers spoke about postpartum self-care. In this episode the two actress shared their struggles and how Debina cut her hair short after the birth of her daughters.

Rubina and Debina discussed about the hormonal changes that occur and start to show in the body a few months into postpartum.
